I am using this blog to warn other new yorkers about his bad business Practices. He will threaten u with violence if you try to force him to do the work or to give you back your money. He comes across as a smiling not threatening individual and he does this to make you feel comfortable so he can get your deposit .

A few days ago Barry (his partner) who is still not licensed in NY or FL tried taking over for a new 13k down payment contract under his BS new scheme “John Evan Contracting Corp located in NY, NY and Daytona Beach”
